Nurit Gurkov

Nurit Gurkov serves as Vice President of Finance & Operation at SALT Lending since May 2023. Previously, Nurit held the position of Director of Finance at Freeline from June 2020 to May 2023, where notable contributions included leadership in Series C fundraising and IPO activities, alongside management of SEC filings and compliance with US-GAAP. Prior experience as FP&A Controller at VYNE Therapeutics from October 2017 to June 2020 involved budget monitoring, financial forecasting, and leading a public offering at Nasdaq. Earlier roles include Senior Accountant at World Finer Foods, managing month-end closing and financial reporting, and Supervisor at PwC, overseeing assurance engagements for various firms under US GAAP and IFRS. Nurit holds a Master of Arts in Law from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Lev Academic Center.
