Franck Bernard

Franck Bernard has extensive work experience in finance and auditing. Franck started their career at KPMG Audit in 2005 as an Assistant Manager in Audit. From 2010 to 2013, they advanced to the role of Manager in Transaction Services, where they focused on due diligence for company acquisitions and disposals. Franck also provided modeling assistance for business plans and cash flows. In 2013, Franck joined Salt Mobile as a Central Controlling Manager. In 2016, they were promoted to Head of Finance and in 2017, they took on the role of CFO.

Franck Bernard obtained a Master's degree in Mechanic-Physics, with a specialization in Solid and Fluid Mechanics, from Université Grenoble Alpes in 1998-2002. Franck then pursued a Master's degree at ESC Clermont Business School from 2002-2004. Finally, they completed an MBA with a concentration in Finance, focusing on Corporate and International Finance and Investment Analysis, from Cleveland State University in 2004-2005.
