Nigel Spratt

Nigel Spratt serves as the Director of Bancorp Wealth Management Ltd and the executive director of YouOwn, a co-ownership housing programme within Bancorp’s private equity portfolio since July 2011. Nigel has also been a director at YouOwn since October 2016, facilitating impact investments for charities and high net worth investors in New Zealand. Additionally, Nigel holds a non-executive director position at Salus Aviation, contributing expertise in asset management. Previous experience includes directorship at Buttle Wilson Ltd, leading the privatization of housing corporation mortgage portfolios, and a managerial role at Housing New Zealand Corporation, where Nigel initiated the attraction of private sector capital into public assets. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting and Finance from Massey University and a Bachelor of Social Science in Organisational Psychology from The University of Waikato.
