Allison Levitt

Allison Levitt has been working in data systems for over three years, and is currently a Data Systems Specialist at Salus University. Prior to their current position, Allison worked as an Assistant Registrar, Assistant Director, and Registration at Bucks County Community College from January 2015 to December 2016. In this role, Allison was responsible for developing process improvements that made online registration more accessible while maximizing usage of the college’s ERP system. Additionally, Allison served as a liaison to ITS related to issues with college systems as well as assisted with implementation of new systems and additional functionalities for existing systems.

Allison has a long history of working with data and registration systems, dating back to their time at Bucks County Community College. In their role as Assistant Registrar, Allison was responsible for maintaining the course/section databases, including new course creation, course deactivation, section fees, updates to titles/descriptions/prerequisites, and date overrides. Allison also assisted with general office responsibilities such as grade and program changes, tuition and withdrawal appeals, administrative requests, and graduation. Additionally, Allison supervised File Clerk, Archiving Specialist, and the department’s per diem colleagues.

Allison’s experience with data systems and registration processes makes their a valuable asset to Salus University. In their current role as Data Systems Specialist, Allison is responsible for overseeing the process that imports SAT scores from College Board to Colleague. Additionally, Allison provides support and training to users on how to use the university’s data systems.

Allison Levitt has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from La Salle University in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Allison also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Moravian University.

They work with Michael Kennedy - Assistant Registrar, Claire Wyszynski - Administrative Assistant. Allison Levitt reports to Shannon Boss, Registrar.
