Helen Le, WOCN, has extensive experience in nursing, specializing in wound care and behavioral health. Currently serving as a CWON at Salus Homecare since November 2016, Helen provides wound and ostomy consultations, as well as RN admissions and discharges. Previous roles include Registered Nurse at VNA Hospice and Home Health, Home Health RN at St Joseph Home Care Network, RN Case Manager at Companion Home Health, and RN Case Manager at AccentCare.
