Daniel Schobben has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Daniel is the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of Salvia BioElectronics since March 2017, where they aim to provide drug-free solutions for chronic migraines. In 2018, they founded REAL1ZE Projects, a company that supports startups and R&D players in securing European grants for innovative ideas. From June 2017 to May 2020, they served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bambi Medical, a MedTech company focused on reducing pain and stress in pre-term infants. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2018, they were an Executive Consultant and Founder at Techdysis, consulting in a variety of roles. In 2008, they founded Intrinsic-ID, a semiconductor intellectual property and services company aiming to combat counterfeiting. Before that, they held the position of General Manager at Philips Research, where they contributed to the spin-out of Intrinsic-ID and led the sound reproduction research team.

Daniel Schobben earned their M.Sc. (honors) in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology from 1991 to 1995. Daniel later pursued a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the same university, completing it from 1995 to 1999.
