Sofia Ouqaf has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sofia began their career in 2000 as a Flight Attendant and Purser at Qatar Airways, where they worked until 2009. In 2008, they joined Monaco Telecom as a Key Account Manager, a position they held until 2010. From 2010 to 2022, Sofia worked at First Screen as a Customer Operations Manager. In 2022, they joined Sam Media as the Director of Customer Care.
From 1995 to 1999, Sofia Ouqaf attended University Jobs, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Economics. Their field of study focused on Business and Managerial Economics.
