Dima L.

Dima L. has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and PR. They started their career at VirusBlokAda Ltd. as an Information Technology Manager, where they were responsible for site and blog administration, content generation, and marketing strategy implementation. They then joined SaM Solutions as a Public Relations Specialist, where they handled HR projects, employer branding, employee relations, and talent management. Later, they became a Senior HR/PR at SaM Solutions, taking on additional responsibilities such as managing an internship program, organizing corporate events, and collaborating with external IT communities. Dima L. also worked at DreamTeam Mobile as a Public Relations Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR Brand and Employee Experience Team at SaM Solutions.

Dima L. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, starting in 2005 and finishing in 2010. In 2015, Dima completed a Professional Development Diploma in Public Relations, branding, and reputation management from the London School of Public Relations. In 2018, Dima attended HRD.BY / ШКОЛА УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ, studying Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Dima also took a HR Director Course at Laba, specializing in HR and recruiting, which was completed in 2020.

Dima has also obtained several certifications. In 2011, Dima completed the Project EAST-INVEST / SME International and EU Acquis Training from the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2012, Dima received certification in Internet marketing from Artox Media Digital Group | AMDG. In 2014, Dima obtained the "Professional Secrets of the Manager in Personnel" business course from Zdes i Sejchas Consulting Group. In 2018, Dima received HRD Human Management certification from Sorokin&Kulinkovich Studio. In 2019, Dima completed an employer branding course from Laba. In 2020, Dima obtained certifications in HR-analytics and IT Development Process Course from Laba and IAMPM, respectively. In 2021, Dima completed employee survey certification from Mike Pritula Academy. Finally, in 2022, Dima obtained the Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) certification from HRCI.
