Emy M. currently serves as the Program People Operations Manager at Sama, leading the design and execution of the 2022 people strategy, alongside talent sourcing and employee experience initiatives across East, West, and Southern Africa. Previously, Emy worked as the Lead Consultant for HR & Gender at Pearl Group - KE and held the position of Regional Human Resource Manager at Computech Limited, where Emy spearheaded HR strategic management, policy development, and recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with employment law. Emy's career also includes roles at Faulu Advisory Services and Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, focusing on community education and project coordination. Emy holds a Master's degree in Gender and Development Studies and another in Women Leadership and Governance, alongside a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Nairobi and Egerton University, respectively.
