Rekha Thotlani has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager at Xopple Infotech Pvt. Ltd. since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the entire HR process. Prior to this, Rekha held various HR roles, including Manager HR at Emerald Mercedes and Manager HR - Strategy at MindQuad Solutions, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Rekha began their career in HR as an Executive at Evolutionary Systems Pvt. Ltd. and has held consulting and recruitment positions at Ma Foi Management Consultants and Adecco India.
