Marcelo Carballo

Marcelo Carballo is a seasoned professional in logistics and distribution with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Responsable de Distribucion Mercado Interno at SAMAN since October 2023, Marcelo also holds a long-term position as Capacitador Técnico en Logística at Fondation Forge since February 2009. Previous roles include Distribution Center Manager at Nestlé Uruguay from March 2016 to June 2023, Facilitador at Possum Consulting, and Responsable Centro de Distribución at Juan Goldfarb S.A. Marcelo's educational background includes a Tecnicatura en Gerencia from Universidad de la Empresa and a Diploma in Logística from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, among others. Marcelo's expertise is further supplemented by certifications in Lean methodology and executive training in supply chain management.
