🚀 Jotesso has a wealth of experience in the technology and digital industry. In 2013, they began as an AMS Lead at Meta in the insurance sector. In 2014, they moved to CENTAURO as a Senior Technology Consultant in logistics. In 2017, they held two positions, one as an Agile Lead at BRQ Digital Solutions in the telecom sector, and one as a Business Associate at Cast Group in the insurance sector. In 2018, they moved to Zup Innovation as a Delivery Success Director in telecom and banking. In 2019, they worked at CENTAURO as a Digital Products & Innovation Executive in retail. From 2020 to 2022, they held two positions as a Head of Digital Transformation at Zup Innovation in banking and financial services, and as a Chief Innovation Officer at Sambatech.

Jotesso has obtained a variety of educational qualifications. In 2021, Jotesso completed the XBA - Xponencial Business Administration (StartSe) program from Nova School of Business and Economics. In 2020, Jotesso completed the Contemporary China: The People's Republic program from Harvard Business School Online. From 2013 to 2014, Jotesso completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FIAP. From 2007 to 2011, Jotesso completed a Tecnólogo em Processamento de Dados from Fatec Taquaritinga. From 2004 to 2006, Jotesso completed a Técnico em Informática from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo. Additionally, Jotesso has obtained three certifications: XBA - Xponencial Business Administration from StartSe University, Inglês Avançado from CCAA, and Informix 4GL Developer from Four J's Development Tools.
