Julia Hu

Julia Hu is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently, Julia has been with SambaSafety since September 2016, focusing on solutions for monitoring American drivers. Prior to this, Julia held senior engineering roles at Hewlett-Packard, contributing to HP's private cloud projects from January 2012 to May 2016, and also worked as a contractor at CoreLogic, developing an ETL tool for tax property files in mid-2011. Additional experience includes roles at Hewlett-Packard implementing contract data solutions, consulting for CDI Business Solutions on a federal government project, and contributing to the CalPERS Pension System project at Amerit Consulting. Julia's career began at Intuit, where the design and implementation of J2EE framework components were key responsibilities. Julia holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong, completed between 1998 and 2000.
