Richard Tubesing

Richard Tubesing is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Sambatek, Inc., with a strong background in wastewater engineering and project management. Previously, Tubesing served as Project Manager and Wastewater Process Engineer at BDM Consulting Engineers and Surveyors from 2006 to 2012, and held project management roles at HDR from April 2004 to June 2006 and at Earth Tech from January 1977 to April 2006. Tubesing holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Water/Wastewater, from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where education was completed from 1972 to 1976.
