Srushti Joshi

Srushti Joshi is a research manager at Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt. Ltd., with experience in executing impact evaluation projects across various domains such as livelihoods, education, and diversity equity and inclusion. Since May 2022, Srushti has contributed to business development by authoring proposals and has successfully managed a team to oversee data collection across multiple states. Prior roles include Deputy Manager of Research at Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy, intern positions focused on policy research and governance, and research consultancy at the Directorate of Urban Land Transport. Srushti holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from St. Xavier's College.
