Christy Lee

Christy Lee serves as a People Partner at Same Page HR since December 2022, contributing to fractional HR support and comprehensive administration of HR responsibilities. Prior to this role, Christy held several positions at La Jolla Pacific, Ltd (also known as LJP Construction Services) from October 2005 to January 2018, ultimately advancing to the Director of Internal Operations, overseeing HR, Client Documentation, and IT functions, after functioning as the Human Resources Manager, managing full-cycle recruiting and staffing needs. Christy's career began as a Documentation Coordinator, followed by roles as Documentation Manager, where management of project workflows and team training were key responsibilities. Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Management minor from the University of California, Irvine, and is currently pursuing further education at California State University, Fullerton and Yonsei University.
