Carsten Fensholt

Carsten Fensholt has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Carsten is currently the CEO of SameSystem, a workforce management company. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner & Senior Advisor at Fensholt Consulting, specializing in strategy, M&A, and restructuring. Carsten also served as the Group Chief Executive Officer at SSG - A BELFOR Company. Carsten Fensholt has held positions such as CFO & EVP Business Support at Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Board Member at SSG A/S. In addition, they have served as Chairman of the Board at Progressive A/S and Eatcard. Carsten also has relevant experience as COO & CFO at KMD and Deputy CEO & CFO at Magasin du Nord.

Carsten Fensholt completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Aarhus University, where they studied from 1983 to 1988.
