David Vaughan

David Vaughan is a Toronto-based employment lawyer and the National Practice Leader for Labour and Employment Law at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, a position held since July 2012. Vaughan specializes in various aspects of employment and labour law, offering expertise in terminations, employment contracts, human rights issues, and restrictive covenants, while also serving as a Partner within the same practice group. Prior to this role, Vaughan gained experience as a Student-At-Law at Hicks Morley from August 2011 to June 2012.
