MacKenzie Irwin

Mackenzie Irwin is an experienced Employment Lawyer at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP since August 2020, previously serving as an Employment Litigator at MacDonald & Associates from September 2018 to August 2020. Mackenzie began legal training at DLA Piper as an Articling and Summer Student from May 2016 to May 2018. Prior to legal practice, Mackenzie gained diverse work experience including roles as a Tree Planter at Dynamic Reforestation Ltd and Artisan Reforestation, and as an Alpine Ski Coach at Craigleith Ski Club and the New York Ski Educational Foundation. Academically, Mackenzie holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from St. Lawrence University. Mackenzie completed secondary education at Bishop Strachan School.
