Tanya Verma

Tanya Verma has been working in the IT industry since 2014. Tanya started their career as a US IT Recruiter at Samiti Technology Inc, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes such as short listing, screening, interviewing candidates, reference checks, negotiating salaries, and preparing candidate feedback for approval. In 2014, they joined Aon Hewitt as an Auditor, where they worked on Plan-Smart and Plan-Guard dependent eligibility solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle as a Process Associate, where they handled escalated calls.

Tanya Verma obtained their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from C.C.S University between 2007 and 2010.
