Amy Campos-Hong, M.A., CAAP, CDIR, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Sammons Financial Group Companies since January 2023. Previously, Campos-Hong held the role of Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Perfection Learning, where expertise in recruitment strategy, learning and development programs, and team training were demonstrated. Campos-Hong's extensive experience includes positions such as Training and Development at Mom's Meals, Grants Manager for Girl Scouts of the USA, and Field Office Director for the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants. An educational foundation includes a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University, along with undergraduate degrees and community college education focused on human services and communication.
