Elizabeth Zink

Elizabeth Zink has extensive experience in customer contact and operational support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Contact Onboarding, Training, and Support at Sammons Financial Group Companies since June 2012. Prior roles within the same company include Manager of Annuity Customer Contact and Manager of Agency Services, among others. Before joining Sammons, Elizabeth worked at United Community Bank IL as an IRA Coordinator, overseeing transactions and facilitating employee inquiries related to Individual Retirement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts. Additional experience includes managing operations at Pease's Candy and contributing to community improvement initiatives through the MacArthur Boulevard Business Association. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate's degree from Springfield College in Illinois.
