Kristin Percival has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Kristin has worked at Sammons Financial Group Companies since 2010, holding various roles including Associate Vice President, Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner, Director, Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Senior HR Specialist, and HR Specialist. Kristin was responsible for full-cycle recruiting, utilizing talent management systems, and implementing targeted selection strategies. Before joining Sammons Financial Group Companies, they worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Nationwide Insurance. Kristin also has experience as a Recruitment Committee member at the Central Iowa Society of Human Resource Management. Earlier in their career, they worked at Principal Financial Group as a Recruitment Consultant II, Campus Relations Consultant, and Human Resources Specialist. Kristin also held marketing intern roles at Principal Financial Group and Mark It Advertising.

Kristin Percival attended Buena Vista University from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications. Prior to that, they attended Southern Cal High School. In terms of additional certifications, Kristin obtained the Hogan Personality Inventory HPI from Hogan Assessment Systems in September 2019 and became a Targeted Selection Trainer through Development Dimensions International (DDI) in June 2013.
