Kate Philpot

Kate Philpot is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry, healing practices, and wellness education. Currently serving as a Food and Beverage Server at Sammy's Woodfired Pizza & Grill since April 2022, Kate has also been involved with CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS LIMITED as a Sound Healer since January 2017, providing services for individuals and groups across various settings. Previous roles include Co-Owner and Store Manager of Samba Smoothies & Market and various positions in optometry, where expertise in customer service and patient care was demonstrated. Additionally, Kate has a strong foundation in yoga instruction, having taught at multiple studios and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Community Based Public Health from San Francisco State University and an earlier focus on Public Health at San Diego State University.
