Kate Slezina

Kate Slezina is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in seller acquisition and activation, as well as mobile application development, currently working at Samokat since October 2020. Kate's achievements include redesigning the seller registration flow to halve activation time, establishing new acquisition channels that significantly increased seller conversion rates, and launching a sellers' mobile application that reduced order processing times for a large user base. Prior to Samokat, Kate held a Product Manager role at VEON, where notable contributions included the launch of an advertising platform and self-service tools that enhanced revenues for clients.
