Hannah Poole

Hannah Poole has extensive experience in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities across various roles. Currently serving as a Life Skills Coach and Nanny at Care.com since 2017, Hannah focuses on teaching essential life skills to children with developmental disabilities while also providing care to typical children. Hannah is also a Supported Living Service Provider at Sample Supports, offering mentorship and personal care to individuals in independent living situations. Previous roles include Behavior Specialist and Job Coach, emphasizing behavioral counseling and vocational support. With additional experience as a Student Advisor, Research Assistant, and Inclusion Counselor, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University, Hannah possesses a solid foundation in psychology and leadership, complemented by international study experiences in Australia.
