Paul Clements

Paul Clements is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and a strong background in both agile methodologies and quality improvement practices. Currently employed at Sam's Club since November 2019, Paul previously held senior roles at Movista and Optum, where key contributions included enhancing project quality through unit testing and design patterns, as well as initiating knowledge-sharing initiatives. Prior positions at Tyson Foods and Budgetext focused on promoting agile development and contributing to e-commerce applications, respectively. Earlier in Paul's career, technical leadership was demonstrated at Lockheed Martin, both in software development and network administration for military applications, following initial experience in IT support with the United States Air Force.
