Emma Armer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Emma currently holds the position of Team Lead, Customer Success Manager - West at Samsara, a global company that provides IoT solutions to businesses. Prior to this role, Emma worked as a Customer Success Manager at Samsara.
Before joining Samsara, Emma worked at Shell where they held various roles. Emma started as an Outside Sales Representative at Hilti North America in 2016, and then transitioned to The Stephen Stagner Sales Excellence Institute where they worked as a Student Sales Representative. Later, they joined Shell and served as a Sales Analyst - Americas Aviation Lubricants, Sales Analyst and Key Account Manager - B2B Transport Americas, and finally as an On/Off Highway Sector Account Manager.
Throughout their career, Emma has demonstrated strong sales and customer management skills, achieving significant growth in product volume and improving sales processes. Emma has also collaborated with cross-functional teams and led training sessions to enhance knowledge and expertise within their organizations.
Emma Armer attended the University of Houston from 2014 to 2017. Emma obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a major in Marketing and a minor in Sales. Additionally, in December 2017, Emma obtained a certification in Corporate Entrepreneurship from the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship (WCE).
