Olivier Boireau

Olivier leads the Hardware Engineering organization. He is responsible for delivering all gateways and accessories for Samsara’s vehicle and asset product lines. His teams include Firmware, Electrical and Product designers. Before Samsara, Olivier worked at Keeptruckin as VP of Hardware Engineering. Prior to that, Olivier spent nine years as CEO of a hardware consultancy that brought over one million new devices to market, including mobile phones, consumer cameras and secure payment terminals. Prior to that he designed smartphones for Palm Computing and Philips, where he focused on low power architectures, wireless technologies and high volume production. Olivier holds a Master in electronic and computer science from EFREI in Paris.
