Siamack Mirzaie has extensive work experience in various leadership and sales roles. Starting in 2000 at BT, they worked as a Sales Advisor and later became a Sales Manager, leading and managing a team of 18 sales advisors. Siamack then transitioned into the BT Chairmans Office and later joined the BT Business Complaints Management team. Siamack also served as a High-Level Escalations Specialist, responding to customer escalations on behalf of the BT Group CEO. Siamack then became a Complex Complaints Team Manager, creating a high-performance culture within the BT business complaint management function. Siamack achieved significant success as a Corporate Account Manager at BT, turning around distressed clients and leading a virtual team to drive revenue growth.
In 2016, Siamack joined Vodafone Business as a Business Development Lead, later moving into the role of Sector Sales Manager. Siamack eventually became the Head of Public Sector - Scotland, responsible for leading the public sector division.
In 2021, Siamack joined ServiceNow as a Client Director/UK Practice Lead - Higher Education, and later became a Client Director - Public Sector Scotland.
Currently, they are working at Samsara as a Client Director and starting in 2023 they will take on the role of Sales Director.
Siamack Mirzaie attended Garnock Academy from 1989 to 1995 for their secondary education. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued a field of study in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at James Watt College.
