Benjamin Taragin

Benjamin Taragin serves as the Associate Director at the Medical School for International Health at Ben Gurion University since October 2018. With extensive experience in radiology, Benjamin holds positions as a Visiting Professor of Radiology and Radiologist at Montefiore Health System, roles maintained since March 2008. Additionally, Benjamin contributes as a Pediatric Radiologist at Samson Assuta Ashdod University Hospital and as a Diagnostic Radiologist at University Radiology, with both positions starting in November 2020 and July 2020, respectively. Benjamin has also worked as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology at Rutgers University until November 2023 and previously directed Pediatric Radiology at Soroka Medical Center from October 2017 to January 2020. Prior to this, Benjamin was the Director of Pediatric Imaging at Children's Hospital at Montefiore from October 2010 to September 2017. Benjamin earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology from Yeshiva University.
