Brijendra Kumar

Brijendra Kumar is an AI Project Leader at Samsung Electro-Mechanics since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing a team to develop a user-friendly platform for various AI models, such as Classification, Segmentation, and Object Detection. Brijendra has also held the positions of AI Lead Engineer and Software Engineer, focusing on defect detection in image data using deep learning, addressing challenges like data imbalance and complexity. Prior experience includes a role as Project Associate at IIT Kanpur, engaged in research on wireless sensor networks. Educational qualifications include an MSc(Engg) in Machine Learning from the Indian Institute of Science, an MTech in Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
