John Kim

John Kim, CPIM, currently serves as a Senior Sourcing Manager at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, a manufacturer of electronic components, since August 2023. Prior to this role, John held positions including Materials Program Manager at Amazon, overseeing NPI and sustaining programs for Just Walk Out technology, and Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist at Northrop Grumman, leading supply chain efforts for the US Navy's Conventional Prompt Strike program. Additionally, John founded and managed a self-employed eCommerce brand, and held various roles at Hangil Trade, including Sourcing Manager and Procurement Specialist, as well as an Operations Analyst at LG Display America, focused on logistics and inventory management. Education includes a Bachelor of Science from UC San Diego and further studies at Fox Valley Technical College.
