Changho Choi

Changho Choi is a seasoned Senior Principal Engineer at Samsung Electronics, specializing in storage system architecture and leading software development for next-generation SSDs since May 2013. Prior to this role, Changho served as a Technology Strategist and Investment Portfolio Manager at Cisco Systems, where responsibilities included evaluating emerging technologies and advising executive management on integration strategies. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer position at Cisco, focusing on virtualization technology, and a research internship at Honeywell involving Avionics Full-Duplex Ethernet Protocols. Changho Choi holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Seoul National University, and has completed the Engineering Leadership Professional Program at UC Berkeley.
