Amy Pagot, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy began their career in 2003 at PMG Intelligence as a Technical Support/Market Research Interviewer. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Hay Group as a Compensation Analyst. Amy then joined Scotiabank in 2009 as a Compensation Consultant, and later became the Manager of Compensation - International in 2011. In 2011, they also started working at ArcelorMittal Dofasco as a Senior Compensation Specialist. In 2014, they joined Samuel, Son & Co. as the Head of Compensation, a role they held until 2020. After that, they became the Director of Compensation & HR Technology at the same company. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Samuel, Son & Co.

Amy Pagot, MBA has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they obtained between the years 2002 and 2006. In 2013, they took a project management course at McMaster University. Amy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2015 to 2018. In 2023, they are planning to attend Schulich ExecEd to complete the Senior Leadership Development Program with a focus on negotiation strategy, lean supply chain, and financial acumen.

Additionally, Amy has obtained the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification from World at Work in December 2014 and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification in October 2011, also from World at Work.
