Carlea S. has a solid background in human resources, with experience as a Human Resources Manager at Samuel, Son & Co. since April 2019, and previously at Tronair Inc. from December 2017 to January 2019. Prior to this, they worked at SET Enterprises as a Human Resources Manager from August 2016 to November 2017, and as a Benefits Specialist from August 2015 to July 2016. Carlea'scareer in human resources began as a Staffing Coordinator at Phoenix Industrial Services from February 2015 to July 2015.

Carlea S. began their higher education journey in 2007 at Loyalist College, where they pursued a degree in Business, Sales, and Marketing. Carlea attended this institution until 2009. Following their time at Loyalist College, Carlea enrolled at Ontario Tech University in 2009, aiming to obtain a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
