Megan Emery

Megan Emery has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Megan'smost recent position is as a Manager of IT Security and Governance at Samuel, Son & Co. In this role, they supervise a team of 5 members and is responsible for driving the IT Security Program to protect against internal and external threats. Megan also leads internal projects and collaborates with business units to ensure effective security solutions.

Prior to that, Megan worked at LafargeHolcim for a period of 25 years. Megan held various roles, including Plant Support Manager, Security and Process Improvement, where they managed process improvements and regional security management for the North American region. Megan was recognized for their exceptional work with numerous MAD awards. Megan also served as an ITSM Incident and Major Incident Process Lead, managing service delivery and relationships across different service areas and customers. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst and an IT Field Support Analyst III, where they provided technical support, analyzed business processes, and facilitated project planning.
