Patrick Brooks

Patrick Brooks has worked at Samuel, Son & Co. as a Regional Financial Analyst since June 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Integer Holdings Corporation, where they held various roles. From April 2019 to June 2023, they served as a Senior Revenue Accountant, managing the general ledger and assisting in forecasts globally for revenue-related transactions. Patrick also prepared financial reports, maintained internal controls, and performed variance analysis. From January 2016 to April 2019, they worked as an Internal Auditor, conducting Sarbanes Oxley internal control testing, supporting the development of internal control structures for newly acquired businesses, and overseeing outsourced audit staff.

Patrick Brooks has a solid education background in the field of forensic accounting and criminal justice - economic crime. Patrick obtained their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice - Economic Crime from Hilbert College, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Afterward, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Forensic Accounting at Canisius University, which they completed between 2015 and 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Patrick Brooks successfully obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the New York State Education Department in December 2019.
