Natasha Mahajan

Natasha Mahajan is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, general corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. Currently a Partner at SAMVĀD: Partners since October 2014, Natasha previously served as a Senior Associate and a Lawyer in independent practice and at Bharucha & Partners. Natasha began their career as a Manager at ICICI Bank Limited, providing in-house legal support. Natasha holds a Master of Laws in International Business Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University.
