Briana Fabela, MPS, serves as the Partner Engagement Manager and Pop-Up Market Coordinator at the San Antonio Food Bank since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Student at The Culinary Institute of America from August 2020 to August 2022, and a Student Assistant in the Recreation Parks and Tourism Sciences Department at Texas A&M University from August 2019 to August 2020. Briana also completed an internship as a Designer Events Intern at Messina Hof Winery and Resort and held positions as a Hostess, Server, and Barista at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. An internship under a Wedding Consultant at Goen South was completed from August 2015 to May 2016. Education includes a Master’s degree in Food Business from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Sales from Texas A&M University.
