David Dang

David Dang, MD has an extensive work experience in the medical field. David started their career as an Adjunct Instructor at California State University, Los Angeles in 1999. Later, they worked as a Radiologist at ARIS Teleradiology in 2008 and then as a Musculoskeletal Fellow at RadNet, Inc. in the same year.

In 2004, they began their residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center, which they completed in 2008. David then joined Loma Linda University Medical Center as an Assistant Professor from 2010 to 2014.

Currently, David Dang, MD holds several significant positions at San Antonio Regional Hospital. David has been the President of Medical Staff since January 2021, overseeing all Medical Staff functions and chairing the Medical Executive Committee. David also holds the role of Board Member of the Board of Trustees since January 2020. Furthermore, they served as the President Elect of Medical Staff from 2020 to 2020, Medical Executive Member At Large from 2017 to 2019, and Radiology Department Chair from 2016 to 2017.

Moreover, David Dang, MD is involved in the SAN ANTONIO HOSPITAL FOUNDATION INC as a Director since February 2020. David is a part of the Foundation's Executive Committee and member of the Fall Celebration Committee.

Dr. David Dang completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Biology at California State University, Los Angeles from 1994 to 1998. David then attended UC San Diego School of Medicine from 1998 to 2003. Dr. Dang continued their education with an Internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California - Irvine Medical Center from 2003 to 2004. David then completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program at The Ohio State University College of Medicine from 2004 to 2008. Finally, Dr. Dang pursued an MRI/Musculoskeletal Fellowship at Radnet from 2008 to 2009.
