Tito Varghese Zachariah

Tito Varghese Zachariah currently serves as Information Technology Manager at San Antonio Water System since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading the establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO) to enhance project management processes and IT governance across various business units. Prior to this role, Tito worked as IT Program Manager at Cognizant from January 2012 to April 2018, managing critical web and mobile projects for a utility client in Arizona. Tito's earlier experience includes serving as Technical Team Lead at iGATE Global Solutions, overseeing a team of developers and acting as a functional subject matter expert for back office applications. Tito began a career as a microprocessor programming instructor at the College of Engineering Kallooppara. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Project Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
