Michael Fermin

Michael Fermin serves as the Chief Assistant District Attorney at the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office since March 1999, where notable achievements include receiving the County Distinguished Service Award and serving as a CDAA Board Member during multiple terms. In addition, Michael holds various leadership positions in professional organizations, including Board Member for the National Asian Pacific Islander Prosecutors Association and Secretary for the Filipino-American Lawyers of Orange County. Michael's commitment to education is reflected in roles on the Advisory Board for UC Riverside's Design Thinking Executive Program and as a former University Lecturer at UC Irvine. Michael's extensive involvement also includes serving on the California District Attorneys Association Board of Directors and participation in legislative committees for the Judicial Council of California.
