Michael Cotten

Michael Cotten is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Information Systems Operations Manager at SBCERA since November 2022. Prior to this, Michael held significant positions, including Business Application Manager and Applications Administrator at the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, where responsibilities included driving successful results within Network and Enterprise Systems Operations. As Director of Technology at Fidelis Professional Services, Michael coordinated IT strategy and supported various business objectives. Additionally, Michael worked as a DevOps Systems Engineer at BakerBytes LLC and as Field Service Manager/Project Manager at Global Tel*Link, overseeing inmate VOIP networks and project management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Information Technology Management, and a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Western Governors University.
