Lorenzo Francesco Dell'Omo

Lorenzo Francesco Dell'Omo is an experienced culinary and administrative professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as an Administrator at San Carlo since December 2021, Lorenzo previously held positions as Head Chef at both Lucarelli Restaurant for a brief period in late 2021 and San Carlo from October 2015 to September 2021, while also working as Chef and Sous Chef at Fumo Selfridges from October 2017 to September 2021.
