Sandy Chew Phillips

Sandy Chew Phillips is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical writing and education. Currently serving as a docent at the San Diego Air & Space Museum since July 2017, Sandy previously worked at Qualcomm, Inc. from June 1997 to December 2014 as a staff tech writer, where contributions included training in technical communications and editorial oversight of ISO 9000 procedures. Earlier experience includes a role as a technical writer at Hewlett-Packard from May 1995 to June 1997. Sandy holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of San Diego, a TESOL Certificate from UC San Diego, and a Certificate in Technical Writing from San Diego Mesa College.
