David van Bibber

David Van Bibber has extensive experience in airport operations, currently serving as the Airport Operations Duty Manager for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority since December 2004. Prior roles include Adjunct Instructor at both San Diego Christian College and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as positions at the County of Orange and the City of Palm Springs in airport operations. David holds a Master of Business Administration in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Southern Illinois University, complementing this with studies at Grossmont College.
