Jessica H. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica began their career as a Project Coordinator at Custom HBC Corporation in 2009, where they acted as a liaison between production departments and leadership staff and improved operations during a rapid growth period.
In 2010, Jessica transitioned to the education sector and worked as an Admissions Counselor at Ashford University. Here, they developed and managed reports, conducted interviews with prospective applicants, and advised students throughout the acceptance process. Jessica later became a University Advisor, where they provided long-term advisement to admitted applicants and processed relevant paperwork.
In 2013, Jessica joined the San Diego County Sheriff's department as a Deputy Sheriff, specializing in Detentions. During their time there, they also served as a Crime and Intelligence Analyst Intern before assuming the role of Crime & Intelligence Analyst. In this position, they identified crime patterns and trends, provided real-time information for crimes in progress, and assisted officers and detectives in suspect identification using Intelligence-Led Policing strategies.

Jessica H. began their education history at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a BA in Psychology. Jessica then pursued further education at the University of the Rockies from 2010 to 2012, earning a Masters in Psychology with a focus on Criminology and Justice Studies. In 2012, Jessica H. attended San Jose State University for a short period and received a Legal Investigation Certificate of Completion. Lastly, they attended the University of California, Riverside from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Crime and Intelligence Analysis.
