David Goodman is an experienced Real Estate Agent/Realtor/REO Specialist currently working with eXp Realty since May 2023 and previously with Windermere Homes & Estates since July 2020. David has a strong history in the real estate industry, having worked with several prominent firms, including REMAX United - San Diego, RE/MAX Advisors, and Carrington Real Estate Services, providing exceptional service in the acquisition, evaluation, and marketing of REO properties, as well as assisting clients in residential transactions. David's extensive experience in real estate follows a background in operations management, having served as Director of Operations at Domain Systems, Inc. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida, obtained in 1998.
