Jace Huggins

Jace Huggins currently serves as the Vice President and Chief of Humane Law Enforcement at San Diego Humane Society since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jace held the position of Chief Animal Control Officer at the City of Sacramento from May 2012 to June 2023. Jace's early career included serving as the Outpatient and Customer Service Manager at Mueller Pet Medical Center from June 2009 to April 2012. With extensive experience in animal control and humane law enforcement, Jace Huggins is dedicated to promoting animal welfare and ensuring enforcement of humane laws.
